At GlobalNOC, we work hard to ensure the process for working with us is straightforward, friendly, and transparent for our new and potential partners.
Ready to get started?
First, we’ll provide a short presentation with a detailed overview of potential network services with a Q&A about timelines and your needs. Then you’ll get a questionnaire (network size, technical and service needs, customer base, current operational procedures, etc.) so we can make an initial assessment of services and cost.
Quote and timeline
We’ll offer an estimated timeline for a rollout of GlobalNOC services on your network, and, if needed, a detailed proposal of services with a statement of work. We’ll also offer a preliminary quote of projected costs in each service area.
Contract and scope of work
After reviewing our proposal, if you decide to partner with GlobalNOC, we’ll prepare a contract draft that includes a detailed Statement and Scope of Work for legal review and revisions. After that, once both parties make it official, we’ll get started.
Get startedThe GlobalNOC has been the single most important factor in the success of N-Wave. NOAA is fortunate to have a partner like IU and the Global Research NOC.
