Then you’ll get a questionnaire (network size, technical and service needs, customer base, current operational procedures, etc.) so we can make an initial assessment of services and cost.

GlobalNOC’s network tool environment is a suite of systems that requires quite a bit of explanation. So we’ll take your technical staff on a deep dive through our capabilities. And once the questionnaire and demonstration are complete, we can have an optional follow-up meeting if anything needs clarifying.

We’ll offer an estimated timeline for a rollout of GlobalNOC services on your network, and, if needed, a detailed proposal of services with a statement of work. We’ll also offer a preliminary quote of projected costs in each service area.
Sign, Seal, and We’ll Deliver
After reviewing our proposal, if you decide to partner with GlobalNOC, we’ll prepare a contract draft that includes a detailed Statement and Scope of Work for legal review and revisions. After that, once both parties make it official, we’ll get started.
